European Wine Group was founded in May 2005 with the purpose of bringing authentic European wines to the American market. While our company was "born" in the Rhone Valley, we have expanded the portfolio to include producers from Alsace, Bordeaux, Burgundy, Champagne, Languedoc, the Loire, Spain and Italy.

Some of our supplier-partners are well known, but many are new, choosing to estate-bottle the production of their vineyards where their parents had sold to cooperatives and negotiants. They have chosen the life of grape grower/winemaker to offer something unique, artisanal, and satisfying to the world.

We regularly travel throughout France, Spain and Italy searching for growers that are able to coax phenomenal flavors from specific terriors. They believe as we do, that wines should be bottled with minimal fining and filtering to preserve their natural qualities and we insist that all our wines are kept and shipped in refrigerated containers...
